At Amber and Oudh, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

 

Returns Eligibility

 

 

Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.

 

We accept returns only if:

 

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is in resalable condition

 

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

 

The following items are non-refundable:

 

  • Opened or used fragrances

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

 

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

 

 

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

 

 

Refund Process

 

 

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

 

 

 

Return Shipping

 

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns

 

 

 

Exchanges

 

 

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the eligible item and place a new order.

 

 

Order Cancellations

 

 

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
